Mildred A. Meyers, 82, of Marshall, died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2004, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Marshall. Rev. Douglas A. Dubisar will officiate. Friends may call from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society or The Lutheran Hour.
Born May 21, 1922, in Sanilac County, Mich., she was the daughter of the late Fred Warczinsky and Caroline Abend Warczinsky. On March 4, 1944, she married Rodrick "Harry" Meyers, who preceded her in death Sept. 21, 1987. She had lived in Marshall since 1999, moving from Harbor Beach, Mich., and was a beautician, seamstress and homemaker. She was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Marshall and attended the Marshall Senior Center.
Survivors include one daughter, Doris "Dee" Thalgott of Marshall; one sister, Alma Frankhauser of the state of Michigan; three grandchildren, Stacey Thalgott, John Thalgott and Heath Thalgott; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
