Marjorie Elaine Wiswell, 79, of Raytown, died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2004.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, at Muehlebach Funeral Home in Kansas City.

Born Feb. 7, 1925, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late John A. Hill Sr. and Elsie Jane Hill. She married James Kenneth Bakert, who preceded her in death. She then married Donald J. Wiswell, who preceded her in death. She was a member of St. Gabriel Church and later St. Sabina Church, where she worked at the school.

Survivors include one son, Joe Wiswell; two daughters, Jane Zuerlein of Kent, Wash., and June Call of Edgewood, Wash.; siblings, TheoDocia West, Alberta Leonard, John A. Hill Jr., and Dorothy Defenbaugh; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
