Ty Austin Green, 5-month-old son of J.C. Michael Green and Tabitha Dieckhoff Green of Sweet Springs, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 2004, at KU Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, at Payne Cemetery in Johnson County near Concordia. William W. Harlow will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Sweet Springs. Memorials are suggested to the family's choice.

He was born May 18, 2004, in Overland Park, Kan.

Additional survivors include four brothers, Blane Dieckhoff, Bret Dieckhoff, Colton Dieckhoff and Shohn Green, all of the home; paternal grandparents, Calvin and Pam Green of Marshall, and Martha Green of Boonville; maternal grandmother, Julia Pennington of Sweet Springs; paternal great-grandmother, Viola Weekley of Marshall; paternal great-grandfather, John Staton of Marshall; maternal great-grandparents, Gary and Carolyn Dieckhoff of Sweet Springs; maternal great-great-grandmother, Mildred Dieckhoff of Sweet Springs; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Destany Faith Green.
