Zelma R. Boland, 90, of Marshall, died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2004, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 Saturday, Nov. 6, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Marshall. Father Kevin Gormley will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Burial will be in Sunset Gardens Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer's Association.
Born March 9, 1914, in Saline County, she was the daughter of the late Charles Fountain Cunningham and Lillie May Eaton Cunningham. She married Clarence Patrick Boland, who preceded her in death Aug. 9, 1999. She had lived in Saline County most of her life and was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church. She was a homemaker and had worked at Mattingly's, Gibson's and J.C. Penny's.
Survivors include one son, David W. Boland of Denver, Colo.; three grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
