Ina May Breshears, 76, of Marshall, died Monday, Nov. 1, 2004, at University Hospital and Clinics in Columbia.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. William W. Harlow will officiate. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 4, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery near Marshall. Memorials are suggested to the family's choice.
Born April 25, 1928, in Warsaw, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Herman Sapp and Mary Link Sapp. On Oct. 12, 1943, in Marshall, she married Alford Clifton Breshears, who preceded her in death March 30, 1999. She had lived in Marshall most of her life. She worked at Banquet Foods and Marshall Habilitation Center and was a homemaker. She attended Southside Assembly of God.
Survivors include three sons, Leon Breshears of Marshall, Stanley D. Breshears of Boonville and Billy Ray Breshears of Marshall; two daughters, Pat Poppinga of Sweet Springs and Debbie Franklin of Marshall; one brother, Dean Sapp of Kansas City; 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by seven brothers and three sisters.
