Lillie "Patsy" Hall, 59, of Sweet Springs, died Thursday, Oct. 14, 2004, at her home.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 18, at First Baptist Church in Sweet Springs. Rev. Charles R. Ahlemann officiated. Pallbearers were Mitchell Jenkins, Marty Ballenger, Dale "Tooter" Riley, Jeff Ballenger, Bobby Evans and Matt Ballenger. Honorary pallbearers were Randy Ballenger, Jimmy Balleger, Billy Ballenger, Dennis Evans, Ricky Ballenger, Ronnie Ballenger, Jonathan Ballenger and Larry "Junior" Ballenger. Burial was in Payne Cemetery in rural Concordia. Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church in Sweet Springs.
Born April 4, 1945, in Blackwater, she was the daughter of the late Ora F. Ballenger and Mattie Gertrude Saylor Ballenger. On July 19, 1963, in Marshall, she married Allen F. Hall, who survives of the home. She had lived in Sweet Springs since 1964, living in Saline County most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Sweet Springs.
Additional survivors include one daughter, Patty Jo Rayl of Sweet Springs; two sons, Allen F. "Dudley" Hall Jr. of Sweet Springs and Bradley A. Hall of Blackburn; seven brothers, Ora Ballenger of Warsaw, Raymond Ballenger of Mt. Leonard, Howard Ballenger of California, Melvin Ballenger of Marshall, Vernon Ballenger of Nevada, Larry Ballenger of Slater and Kenneth Ballenger of Marshall; two sisters, Erma Evans of Mt. Leonard and Marilyn Henderson of Marshall; three granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy Ballenger and Mike Ballenger; and one sister, Darlene Riley.
