Robert A. "Bob" Snoddy, 42, of rural Miami, died Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004, in Saline County as a result of an automobile accident.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at Victory Christian Fellowship Church in Waverly. Pastor Jerry Curry will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:30 until 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to Victory Christian Fellowship School Education Fund.
Born Sept. 15, 1961, in Marshall, he was the son of the late William Addison Snoddy and Mary Anne Wison Snoddy. On June 23, 1984, he married Jeanne Griener, who survives of the home. He had lived in Saline County his entire life and was a farmer-rancher. He graduated from Marshall High School in 1979, and was a graduate of Missouri Valley College. He had served on the 4-H council and was a founding member of the Miami Lions Club. He was a member of Victory Christian Fellowship Church in Waverly.
Additional survivors include one son, Robert Daniel Snoddy, of the home; one sister, Ina Frances Dysart and husband Ed of Marshall; one brother, William Addison Snoddy of rural Malta Bend; and one niece, Megan Dysart.
