This weekend's program, "From Kettles to Keelboats," will focus on the challenges of bartering and trading for items Meriwether Lewis, William Clark and the Corps of Discovery needed for the expedition up the Missouri River and mapping the Louisiana Purchase.
The public is invited to be part of a challenging survival game, playing an enlisted corps member to see if they have the diplomacy or plain dumb luck that Lewis and Clark enjoyed. The program will be in the park's large shelter house.
The free program will begin at 10 a.m.
