Ethan Tyrell Sullivan, infant son of Corey Sullivan of Slater and Brittany Kochs of Marshall, died Sunday, Aug. 8, 2004, at Columbia Regional Hospital in Columbia.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 12, at Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. William W. Harlow will officiate. Memorials are suggested to the family's choice in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.

Additional survivors include maternal grandparents Chester and Tammy Kochs of Marshall; paternal grandparents Tom and Janet Sullivan of Slater; maternal great-grandparents George and Maxine Kochs Neely of rural Slater and Evelyn England of Marshall; paternal great-grandparents David and Betty Pulliam of Lebanon and Betty Sullivan of rural Slater; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
