Betty Lou Curtis, 67, of Stover, died Saturday, July 10, 2004, at Laurie Care Center in Laurie.
Cremation. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 14, at Ewing-Schutte-Semler Funeral Home in Sedalia. Rev. Darrel Bland will officiate. Memorials are suggested to Laurie Care Center in care of the funeral home.
Born April 1, 1937, in Macks Creek, she was the daughter of the late LeRoy and Bessie Parrack Miller. On June 22, 1979, in Miami, Okla., she married Jerry Curtis, who survives of the home. She was a 1955 Marshall High School graduate.
Additional survivors include one son, Gregory Dean Woods of Sedalia; one brother, Gerald Miller of Marshall; five sisters, Joyce Gorsuch of Lathrop, Doris Thomas of Liberty, Phyllis Blankenship of Carmichael, Calif., Janice Dingley of Cordova, S.C., and Patty Ballenger of Edwards; and one grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Barry Woods, and one brother, Carl Miller.
