Mearl Nathan Millard, 84, of Marshall, died Monday, June 28, 2004, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
Cremation. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 2, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to the Parkinson's Disease Association.
Born Dec. 10, 1919, in Shell Lake, Wis., he was the son of the late Eugene Charles Millard and Lottie Holman Millard. On May 20, 1951, he married Phyllis M. Faust, who survives of the home. He had lived in Marshall since 1928 and retired from the U.S. Air Force as a technical sergeant. He was also a carpenter, carver, jewelry maker and artist.
Additional survivors include three sons, Danny K. Millard of Lady Lakes, Fla., Eugene Charles Millard of Kansas City and Marshall Nathan Millard of Jacksonville, Fla.; one sister, Veronica Brown of Marshall; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Harvey Millard and Jason Millard; and one sister, Louella Gann.
