Rowena Rader Espelin

Rowena Rader Espelin, 84, of Strafford, formerly of Saline County, died Monday, March 29, 2004, at Strafford Care Center.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 27, at Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall.

She was a Saline County commissioner from 1960 to 1964.

Survivors include one son, Carl B. Espelin of Kimberling City.
