Harold D. Cromley, 73, of Marshall, died Sunday, March 21, 2004, at New Mark Care Center in Kansas City.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 25, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. William W. Harlow will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Pallbearers will be Darren Vinson, Joe Vinson, Daniel Cromley, Matthew Cromley, Richard Aulgur and Rick Sheffer. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to Kendallwood Hospice in Riverside.
Born May 25, 1930, in Saline County, he was the son of the late Albert B. Cromley and Jewell Hynson Cromley, who survives of Marshall. On June 17, 1950, he married Verna Mae Pygman, who survives. He had lived in Marshall most of his life and was a member of First Christian Church in Marshall. He was retired from W.B. Young Co. in Marshall.
Additional survivors include two daughters, Jeanie Vinson of Gladstone and Lisa Cowart of Kansas City; one son, Ronald Cromley of Blue Springs; one sister, Betty Herndon of Marshall; seven grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Anna Sheffer.
