Keith A. Breshears, 48, of Bowling Green, formerly of Marshall, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004, at St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 1, at Kirks Funeral Chapel in Bowling Green. Rev. Gary Allum officiated. Pallbearers were Terry Merritt, Bo Stinnett, Harry Anderson, Tom Flamm, Ritchie Minor and George Hannaford. Honorary pallbearers were Hershel Whitaker, Kenny Durham, Cory Means, Doug Epperson and Lawrence Henson. Burial was in Bowling Green Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the donor's choice.
Born Nov. 7, 1955, in Marshall, he was the son of the late Elmer Marvin Breshears and Martha Breshears, who survives of Marshall. He married Rose Ingram, who survives of Bowling Green. He was a truck driver for the Bowling Green Street Department and had lived in Bowling Green the past six years.
Additional survivors include three sons, Cody Breshears of Bowling Green, Anthony Breshears of Sedalia and Joshua Breshears of Wright City; three daughters, Sarah Breshears of Sweet Springs, Jennifer Breshears of Wright City and Jaci Breshears of Windsor; five sisters, Shirley Breshears of Marshall, Reta Allison of Marshall, Karen Darling of Marshall, Marvina Green of Blackwater and Cheryl White of Hannibal; four brothers, Charles Breshears of Marshall, Russell Breshears of Nelson, Francis Breshears of Urbana and Kevin Breshears of Sedalia; and six grandchildren.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronnie Breshears and Terry Breshears.
