Elsie L. Kalthoff, 82, of Marshall, died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2004, at Ray County Memorial Hospital in Richmond.

Funeral arrangements are pending under the direction of Sweeney-Reser-Wills Funeral Home in Marshall.
