Frances Maxine Nease, 80, of Marshall, died Sunday, Feb. 1, 2004, at Mar-Saline Manor Care Center in Marshall.
Cremation. There will be no services. Arrangements are in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
Born July 20, 1923, in Marshfield, she was the daughter of the late John Butts and Doris Knight Butts. She married Phillip O. Nease, who preceded her in death Feb. 7, 2002. She had lived in Marshall most of her life, moving from Marshfield. She was a member of Open Door Baptist Church in Marshall and had worked at Banquet Foods in Marshall. She was also a homemaker.
Survivors include six daughters, Frances Brown of Richmond, Sue Smith of West Plains, Dora Phillips of Niangua, Rose Mary Norris of Marshall, Marsha Ann Crawford of Marshall and Teresa Jane Nease of Marshall; five sons, Junior Phillip Nease of Marshfield, Lester Leon Nease of Marshfield, Freddie Joe Nease of Springfield, Norman Leon Nease of Marshall and Bobby Lee Nease of Marshall; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Alicia June Nease, and several brothers and sisters.
