Carol Elaine Dillon, 49, of rural Holton, Kan., formerly of Saline County, died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2003, in Holton.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Visitation will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Prairie Home Cemetery in Topeka, Kan. Memorials are suggested to the family's choice.
Born March 13, 1954, in Saline County, she was the daughter of Richard M. "Mickey" Brown, who survives of Deepwater, and the late Mary Baker Brown Frain. She married Sam Dillon, who survives of Holton. She was formerly employed at Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Topeka.
Additional survivors include one daughter, Paula Keehn of Holton; two sons, Sam Dillon Jr. of Holton and Luke Dillon of Holton; one brother, Richard M. "Mike" Brown of Topeka; one sister, Sherri Krug of Topeka; two grandchildren; three aunts, Ruth Herndon of Marshall, Lillian Bryan of Marshall and Velma Bacon of Marshall; and three uncles, Lawrence Baker of Marshall, Norman Baker of Independence and Alva Baker of Liberty.
