Kenny Huston, 54, of Marshall, died Friday, Oct. 24, 2003, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
Funeral services will be held at noon Wednesday, Oct. 29, at Mt. Calvary Freewill Baptist Church in Marshall. Rev. Lawrence Butler will officiate. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, at H.T. May and Son Funeral Home in Marshall and from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs. Memorials are suggested to Mt. Calvary Freewill Baptist Church.
Born Feb. 5, 1949, in Nelson, he was the son of the late James Huston and Nadine Martin Huston, who survives of Marshall. He attended public school and worked at ConAgra Frozen Foods in Marshall, where he was a former union steward of United Food and Commercial Workers International No. 576.
Additional survivors include one daughter, Joi Phillips of Blue Springs; three brothers, Ollie Huston, John Huston and Robert Huston, all of Marshall; and two grandchildren.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother.
