Mildred England, 94, of Blackburn, died Friday, Oct. 10, 2003, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Blackburn. Rev. Glenn Nowak and Rev. Paul Wobus will officiate. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Paul's United Church of Christ. Burial will be in Blackburn Cemetery in Blackburn. Memorials are suggested to St. Paul's United Church of Christ or Blackburn Cemetery in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
Born April 4, 1909, in Blackburn, she was the daughter of the late Harry Bockman and Carrie Cramer Bockman. She married Earl England, who preceded her in death. She had lived in the Blackburn community her entire life and was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ. She was a homemaker and had been active in several organizations.
Survivors include one nephew, Charles Bockman of rural Marshall; and several cousins.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Bockman.
