Rose Lee Mull, 83, of the state of Nevada, formerly of Marshall, died Friday, Aug. 8, 2003.
A memorial service was held Tuesday, Aug. 12, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Henderson, Nev. Interment was in Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto, Ill. Memorials are suggested to the National Alzheimer's Association or Hospice in care of Odyssey Healthcare, 4011-A McLeod Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
Born Jan. 13, 1920, in Fort Smith, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Maude Patterson. On May 1, 1941, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marshall, she married John Mull, who survives of Las Vegas. She raised her family in Illinois, where she was an active member of church, Rotary Ann's and later P.E.O. She moved to Galveston, Texas, in 1984, and Sutton Terrace Retirement Home in Las Vegas, in 2000, then Desert Rose Care Center in 2001. She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
Additional survivors include two sons, John W. Mull of Independence and Robert L. Mull of Morris Ill.; two daughters, Michaelene M. Willman of Metairie, La., and Kristen E. Ledbetter of Las Vegas; 10 grandchildren; and 11 grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Andrea Lynn Cook, in 1977.
