Jason L. Ronsley, 22, of Marshall, died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2003, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, at Sweeney-Reser-Wills Funeral Home in Marshall. Rev. Jerry Scott will officiate. Organist Ramona Bullington will provide the music. Pallbearers will be Brandon Bushell, Mark James, Mike James, Ronnie James, Scott Myers and Scott Schlag. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 11, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Buckner.
Born Nov. 22, 1980, in Kansas City, he was the son of Jerry E. Ronsley Sr. and Ethel Marie Fales Ronsley, who survive of Marshall. He and his family lived in Lexington for several years, where he attended school before they moved to Marshall in 1999.
Additional survivors include companion Faye Lavassor of the home; one brother, Jerry E. Ronsley Jr. of Marshall; one sister, Iona J. Farris of Marshall; paternal grandmother Virginia Phillips of Osceola; maternal grandfather Sam A. Fales of Council Bluffs, Iowa; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
