Arthur H. Wehmhoener, 99, of Carthage, formerly of Alma, died Monday, March 31, 2003, at McCune-Brooks Hospital in Carthage. Memorial graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, at Blackburn Cemetery. William W. Harlow will officiate.
