Leona P. Van Booven, 83, of Slater, died Saturday, May 17, 2003, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Slater. Rev. Phil Kane will officiate.
