Melvin Silkwood, 76, of Sweet Springs, formerly of Marshall, died Saturday, May 17, 2003, at Sweet Springs Villa in Sweet Springs.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 22, at Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. William W. Harlow will officiate.
