G. William "Bill" Hite Jr., 80, of Shreveport, La., formerly of Marshall, died Monday, Oct. 14, 2002, in Shreveport.

Memorial services, given by has daughters and grandchildren, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17, at the grist mill in Stone Mountain Park in Atlanta, Ga.
