Sophia Quinn Thornton, 80, of Liberty, formerly of Marshall, died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2003, at her daughter's home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, at Timothy Baptist Church in Kansas City.
