Gene Brown, 78, of Sweet Springs, died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2003, at Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 14, with military rites at First Baptist Church in Sweet Springs. Rev. Charles R. Ahlemann will officiate.
