Michael V. "Chip" Frain Jr., 57, of Marshall, died Friday, March 14, 2003, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 21, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. William W. Harlow will officiate.
