Motion to revoke bond hearing set for James Scott Miller

James Scott Miller, 56, of Marshall, is scheduled for a motion to revoke bond hearing next Monday. According to Missouri Casenet, Prosecuting Attorney Timothy Thompson filed a motion to revoke bond on Thursday, July 11. Miller is charged with armed criminal action, along with the second degree murder of Joshua Charles Smith, 31, of Marshall, who was shot in December 2018...

Day at the park, packed with fun for the whole family
