Nelson woman injured in Cooper County crash over weekend

A young Nelson woman was injured in a one-vehicle crash Saturday evening, Dec. 16, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report. The incident occurred on Route M in Cooper County, south of Interstate 70, when a 1998 Toyota Camry — driven by Machelle Mullanix, 19, of Nelson — went off the right side of the road.
