Marshall Habilitation Center has announced its Med Tech of the Quarter, January through March. Lisa Davis, DA I/CMA unit IV was presented a certificate of recognition and $50 from the MHC Parent Association in appreciation for a job well done. Saline County Assessor reviews properties, 836 increase in value

The Saline County Commission shared a letter at its meeting Wednesday, May 29, from the Saline County Assessor's Office informing property owners of a recent assessment review. As required by Missouri Statutes, all the property in the county must be reviewed every odd-numbered year. After reviewing 16,047 parcels this year, 3849 had changes and 836 received an increased in the assessed value. Those property owners will receive notices in the mail informing them of the change...

Slater Senior Center to close

As of Monday, July 1, the Slater Senior Center will be closed. According to a news release, Care Connection for Aging Services will no longer provide meals from the site, but will continue to offer home delivery through the Marshall location.
