Trivia and auction proceeds to benefit Y participants

The YMCA's third annual Trivia Night is beginning to take shape, stepping up to the organization's commitment to help give individuals and families the opportunity to be a part of the Y's culture. The Y offers the Strong Kids, Strong Families Campaign, which provides program support and financial assistance to those who need it. According to the organization, the 2010 Campaign raised $49,000, which helped scholarship over 900 youths, families, adults and seniors. The 2011 goal is $53,000...

Hunters contributed more than 4,000 pounds worth of deer meat during Community Food Pantry's Share the Harvest Campaign.
