MVCAA film fest funding at risk

The Show Me Social Justice International Film Festival has recently been under scrutiny. State officials say Missouri Valley Community Action Agency was inappropriately using federal stimulus money for the festival. The festival is slated to begin Friday, Sept 10, and includes films focused on health care, poverty and other issues faced within the region.
