During the St. Peter Catholic School eighth grade graduation, the administration had some light-hearted fun reminiscing of the students' journeys. Many of the13 graduates have attended the private school since kindergarten.

After approving a step raise for faculty this year, the Sweet Springs Board of Education looked again at a base salary increase during a meeting Thursday, May 10. According to a report from Superintendent Donna Wright, the base bachelor's salary is $871 above the I-70 conference schools' average and $157 below the state average.
