Suspects charged for Golden Oaks robbery (11/22/11)
The Prosecuting Attorney of Saline County charged Carl James Morrow Jr. of Marshall and Lewis Gene Edde Jr. of Gilliam with a class A felony of first degree pharmacy robbery and an unclassified felony of armed criminal action on Nov. 22. Morrow and Edde allegedly took a medicine cart from Golden Oaks Assisted Living Center on Nov. 12. The duo encountered a Golden Oaks employee during the theft, according to a sheriff's department report.
