Late one evening in 2007, a Marshall Habilitation Center resident threw herself on the floor and began kicking in a terrified fit. Former employee Emily Baker said the roughly 30-year-old woman feared men, and the med tech on duty had accidentally startled her. The Saline County Prosecuting Attorney charged Timbera Kelsey Duffey with a class C felony, third degree abuse of a child on Friday, June 21.
