Waverly Civil War re-enactments

Saturday morning, visitors congregated in Waverly to witness the marriage of one of the area's most prominent Civil War officers, Gen. Joseph Shelby, who was married in 1858. Prior to the ceremony, organizers held the opening ceremony and presentation of flags.
