With the good comes the bad. With the beautiful flowers of spring come the potholes that can make driving a jarring experience. Winter -- especially when the weather is wet and cold -- can be hard on pavement. One of the areas in Marshall to suffer most from the recent bad winter is the parking lot at Marshall Plaza, where this pothole lies in wait of hapless motorists. (Eric Crump/Democrat-News)
