Slater High School graduated 34 students Saturday, May 10, in the high school gymnasium. A large crowd of family, friends and fellow classmates gathered to support graduates during the event.

 The commencement speaker at the event was Sybil Shepard Allegri, a 1995 Slater graduate who is an architect. She told the students to "honor your calling."
