Up the Missouri River with U.S. Congressman Ike Skelton

On Wednesday, Aug. 12, U.S. Congressman and Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee Ike Skelton rode the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Cheyenne from Napoleon upriver to Sibley and back to get a glimpse at the guard's work along the Missouri River.
