With tassles fluttering and caps occasionally tossed by gusty winds Saturday, May 3, Missouri Valley College marked the passage through its halls of 245 graduates. The ceremony was duly solemn, but the audience brought plenty of balloons, handshakes, high-fives and hugs to give the event a festive spirit, too.
