The Noavel Headstall was invented by Rick Wheat, West Quest's "Cowboy of the Year". As a Horse Whisperer and Working Cowboy, he sought a tool to assist with problematic horses. According to the thousands of people who have since learned how to use the Noavel Headstall, "This product is the most valuable invention of our time."
