Marshall saw some of a major snow storm that moved through the Midwest on Sunday, Nov. 25. According to measurements at KMMO, there was 2 inches of snow accumulation. Partnered with strong winds throughout the day, drifting snow, low visibility and freezing temperatures made cleanup a challenge for road crews and commuting difficult for motorists. The accumulation also gave kids a chance to stay home from school and enjoy some fun in the snow Monday morning, Nov. 26.
