2011 Century Farm Recognition and Celebration

Saline County has once again kept the distinction of having the most Century Farms in the state of Missouri. On Thursday, Nov. 10, ten more area farms were honored at the annual Welcome and Recognition and Celebration at the courthouse. Along with the farms, several other Saline County residents were honored with awards. Keynote speaker for the evening was Mark Wolfe, Missouri State Fair director.
