I'd Hammer Out Danger ...
The Bible warns of "wars and rumors of war" and "earthquakes in divers places" as sign of the beginning of the end. Men and women have taught for years that we are at the very threshold of the "end times" and that we should all be preparing for the coming season of woes. I'm not sure where I stand on all that.
What I do know is that my spirit-man is on full alert these days. I can sense something coming and I am not sure what the "something" might be.
I read reports - not from the main stream media, of course - that Saudi Arabia is amassing an incredibly large number of infantry, tanks and air support along the Syrian border. I also believe that if Saudi Arabia attacks Syria, Russia will move in to support the Syrians. At that time, because of NATO and other agreements, the United States would be pulled in to support Saudi Arabia and, as they say, all hell will break loose.
Other reports seem to indicate military exercise being held domestically that do not match the normal way of doing things. Pair that with reports of large camp-like installations being built in several states, and I have to wonder what our government is up to now.
There are other things which have caught my attention. The current campaigns by some to win the nomination for the presidential election this fall, for instance. I would guess, however, that if you are reading this you already know about that craziness. Suffice it to say that we need to take a long, hard look at all the candidates before we mark the ballot, and hope that each vote counts.
In other hidden news, banks deemed "to big to fail" -- such as Chase and Goldman-Sachs have reportedly been buying up all the gold and silver they can get their hands on. What does that tell you about the future of the dollar in the days to come?
I try hard not to be a doomsday alarmist, but I truly feel we should all slow down, take a break from our busy, distracted lives and take note of the world around us. It appears, in my humble opinion, that we might just be on the brink of something big; something that may just change the way of life we have come to know; something that would "rock the world" even. Or maybe not.
All I know is that my spirit-man is shouting out a warning that I would be foolish to ignore. And, as they say, I may not know what tomorrow hold but I know who holds tomorrow.
I've read the end of The Book.
