Marshall Jazz gets a start, keeps a goingPosted Wednesday, August 11, 2010, at 8:39 PM
Jazz fans & Marshall fans,
The next meeting for continuing jazz fest & organization planning is Friday, Aug. 13, at 6:30 p.m. in the Wood & Huston Community Room. For those who want to follow along but haven't got time to attend early meetings, we've created a planning website. The notes from the first meeting are at http://marshalljazz.info/meetings/5aug10 Anyone can read the site content. If you want to post content, you need to register. Unlike the Democrat-News website, registrations have to be approved before they become active. Shouldn't take more than a few hours, but write to ewcrump@sbcglobal.net if you think something might have gone awry. We also have a discussion list for kicking ideas around or posting updates and progress reports, etc. To join, send email to majordomo@marshalljazz.info and in the message body put: subscribe planning Feel free to stop by just to see what's going on or to share ideas you have.
