  • The usual propaganda. "47 million have access"..but only 365,000 have signed up, and it can't all be blamed on the website problems. And of this 365K, most are older people. The system needs the young people to stay afloat, but the young people, many of whom are barely getting by, are dragging their feet. They know they need insurance. We know they need insurance. But where does the extra $400+ per month it will cost them come from? They're rollin the dice and are gonna hold out as long as they can. The first year penalty for not participating is under $100.

    It's flawed legislation.
