The hustle and bustle of the holiday season is over. I hope each and every one of you had a wonderful holiday season and I hope that the year 2009 is filled with peace and prosperity for all. It is time to get back into the daily routine so to break the monotony of day to day living here are some more riddles, brain teasers and your weekly "Say what you see" puzzle. Have a great week and remember to take a break just to relax.
Just for fun......FOUR RIDDLES..........

1. What does decor mean?
2. What has a hump, is brown, and lives at the North Pole?
3. What does a duck do when it flies upside down?
4. What's gray, has four legs, a tail, and a trunk?
The verse spells out a word letter by letter, and often defines that word as well. "My first" refers to the word's first letter, and so on. Can you discover the word that this verse describes?

Betty, thanks for the great riddles!!!! I am getting so much enjoyment from them, that I now incorporate them in my classroom. the first student with the right answer to the riddle of the day gets a treat! Needless to say, they love it too!!!
