Saline Democratic Planning Meeting

The Saline County Democrat Club in conjunction with the Democrat Central Committee and The Women's Jefferson Club are going to have a dinner and meeting on, Thursday, March 5th at 7:00 p.m. at Maxine's Tea House, 312 Harold Street, Slater, Missouri. We are getting together to discuss how we can work together, coordinate activities and plan for the future. Some of the topics that are scheduled to be discussed include possible fundraising activities, Truman Days Dinner, Ike Skelton Tribute Dinner.

Discussion will be held on local and state Democratic Party activities. Goals and long range planning lists will also be available. The meeting is open to the public. There is a fee of $12.95 for the meal. It is hoped that this meeting will allow everyone an equal opportunity to state what is important to them and what our priorities should be in the coming months.
