Eieio, do Alex Jones and Mark Dice know about your bromance with Trey Gowdy?

I never claimed it was dead. Those are your words. I was simply pointing out the difference between what the Pettis County Development Corporation has done versus what the MSDC has done...even taking into account the size difference, it's still shows how ineffective the MSDC is. That was my point. The rest are your assumptions.

Not saying that at all Smart. Sedalia has done a great job growing and bringing in new large businesses. Just go west on 50 & see all the new big businesses out that way, it's awesome.

Simply was pointing out that while Marshall is fairly stagnant it's not as dead as he was claiming. Wasn't trying to start an argument, simply showing evidence to the contrary that it wasn't as bad as he's saying.

Sedalia has always been a larger town with better businesses than us, so it's not a surprise that would continue. They also have no issue building new schools unlike our town that seems to believe new schools are the sign of an apocalypse.
